個人手配の海外旅行では航空会社、ホテル予約サイト、海外旅行保険会社、バス会社、オプショナルツアー会社など、多くの会社にお世話になります。
今回、コロナ大騒動で取消対応をしてくれた会社もそれだけあります。
私の場合、結構な数でした。

Peace of Mind Policy: We know we have some customers who prefer to change their travel plans. We have a free reissue option available for customers who want to reschedule now. For those who aren’t sure when they want to reschedule, we are offering an option to exchange your ticket for an eVoucher valid for a year. Details are available at www.greyhound.com/peace-of-mind.

各欄には
- 予約番号
- 名
- 苗字
- メールアドレス
- 電話番号
- 取消の理由
を入力してSubmitを押すと申請が完了します。
Eバウチャーが発行されたら詳細がメールで送られてくると思います。
